Scott contributes to the development of affordable housing across New England through acquisition, new construction, and adaptive rehabilitation projects. Scott focuses on leveraging 4% and 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) as well as Historic Tax Credits (HTC) to create impactful workforce and affordable housing solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in affordable housing and real estate, of which 5 years having served at a PHA, Scott has honed his expertise in real estate development, acquisitions and property management, Scott’s commitment lies in addressing community housing needs and advancing projects that align with the mission of providing sustainable and affordable housing options for low to moderate-income individuals and families. Scott has participated in the creation of over 3,000 affordable housing units in his career and is authorized to act on behalf of this development.

Jake has over a decade of experience in real estate development and investment. As an active partner in a number of multigenerational real estate investments and as an independent developer in niche markets, Jake brings a perspective that is both long-term and highly targeted. Through various privately owned entities, he has been directly responsible for the construction of hundreds of homes and apartments across New England and Florida.
